How much snow?
Some of you are a little skeptical on this supposed “winter storm” we’re going to get. Frankly, I don’t blame you.
After all the build up over an inch or so a few weeks ago, I’m a little skeptical myself.
And for the past week, we’ve been watching the predictions swing wildly.
Last weekend, a good farmer friend of mine who lives near Elk Point told me we could get slammed with 17 inches of snow. Then, from other friends, I heard 10-12 inches.
Monday, I called the National Weather Service in Sioux Falls, who told me about 6-10 inches. Today, NWS says 2-4 inches, max. More on their predictions here.
Not quite the storm we were expecting, but I for one am OK without a blizzard.
I’ll still stock up on toilet paper and milk, like all good Midwestern folks do.
What’s your go-to blizzard food?
